Rusty Buckets and aged ladders, you would think this is the newest tag team to the list of Indy Wrestling Stars on rosters in Arizona. Its just the tell of time of the labor in Arizona.  Its a sunny day and its 92 with a high of 98, not bad for august. Its part of the reason training is here in Arizona. Theres extreme heat, snowing mountains in the winter, and huge dustdevils and rare funnel clouds when winds pick up in central rural areas. Rusty Buckets is the original tool in outhouses. The oldest one in Arizona is located in Grand Canyon, Arizona on the Navajo Nation. Back then with the right amount of money you could choose from a pit latrine, bucket toilet or a composting toilets. Since then composting toliets have comeback with new technology and the earthdome and tinyhome movements. Pipes and Electric, makes any restroom more pleasant.

On top of that Wrestling, has always been a mens dominated industry. Miss Elizabeth, The fabulous Moolah, Trish Stratus and Mickey James, are some of the trail blazers that opened doors and grew this speciality item of wrestling. Yes speciality because they are not easily found and hard to get. Like all of us men like me who used to be in the Body Workers Association. Not every spa has one but when they do, don't expect vacancies. In Arizona Indy Promotions are big in name and small organizational materialness.  Having access to find room for male and female dressing rooms. In the courts gender neutral bathrooms and self identifying bathroom users. Makes a person enjoy the plumbers bill, to save money we advertise plumbers butt in every show. My Mother says she hasn't scene any plumbers but only lots of hot men.

That's an image in Arizona , the idea that wrestling is gay. lots of buff guys  wearing spandex, trunks has the LGBTQIA asking where ,when and can we have it at our place? The closer you go to LA and Las Vegas the more Indy Wrestling women you can go see. The WWE is coming to town , that means Bear Down Tucson the Divas are coming. A few years ago by mere chance I was able to get a few pictures of Mickey James in a tree. What diva team are you on? Angry Mob Photography, is on the spot, Every Diva wants to collaborate , but egos and ongoing feuds make delays. That could be why males dominate their photography.

Nicole Web , is  a childbirth doula, student midwife, college student working towards medical school and Mother of 4. Currently in the Payson area. She like the idea of buying power and supporting local entertainment offered by the Home Wrestling Club. Others there and other rural area agree they need more things to do for community and stress relief.

and let them know they can do anything they set their minds too . She lets them know theres plenty of room for them in Wrestling. "Women can wrestling too if not better than men." I swear they rest of the time if shes not on her phone, she being slapped, kicked, carried, slammed or dragged around the floor by any number of heels. Nicky Fury isn't so easy, she all luchador ,painted face , Rage Partners Mini Rage and Outrage, spit fire coming out to shows. Get on her bad side she's going to get you, her good side all business.

Kasondra Hayashi recently caught up with me, and heard about the Home Wrestling Club. Enthusiastically like the idea of buying power, a place to train and preform. She would like to see more work here for women and a presence at the Club. The Human Tornado, is also available for booking. The Human Tornado preformed at HIW Live a few times at the Family Free Day at the Tanque Verde Swap Meet. He was noticeable in the film Nacho Libre. Heather Moroso is a leading homeopathic physician in midtown, catering yoga, mmj certifications, supplements and personal doctor care. I recently asked her what's the best way to work out in a small area. Being the busy doctor she is it took awhile to get a response . Her reply yoga, in one position, standing on your hands nothing else touching the floor. Jared Clark is a local artist and veteran in town located on 4th Ave. Hes interested in local wrestling and as an artist would like to talk more about VetTix.org

A crash a burn it happened once but his training videos are still used to train pilots. That's a benefit all these years of documenting indy wrestling, our trainers ,promoters and talent can rehash. We await news of the next HIW event , EJ sparks recently lashed out on camera with help from his girlfriend targeting Arizona State Champion Gino Rivera . They have an upcoming match on the 100th episode of Championship Wrestling of Arizona. Heres the Scheduling, filming is $10 for the first two rows, the rest of the rows are free. Drinks start at $2. The largest prowrestling event in history was in japan, Chris Beniot, the Steiner Brothers and Ric Flair were all there.  The shortest match that night was  Road Warrior Hawk defeated Tadao Yasuda lasting 2.21 minutes the longest featuring a Defeated Natural Boy lasting almost 15 minutes. A total 170.000 people attended. That's a larger Arizona City.  A successful environment as much about training and and suspense, its sounds and sights.  Its music and people cheering, laughing , its those local talents and artisans that do the little things . Its the leatherworker in rural Arizona, its the local welder making crafts. That's indy wrestling titles birthplace before entering into the data of pictures displayed in tv, newspapers and posters.  Its said that one championship belt over a decade could save a failing promotion. Its that lemon grown organically in Patagonia , that melon in Wilcox, its that prop blade handcrafted in payson, hauled to the urban city providing multiple persons with a much needed income. Local Arizona publicly announces that when you shop local 85% of the proceeds stay in the local economy. Its the buying power of a local print shop without corporate overhead. You add Indy Wrestling to the mix backed by the Home Wrestling Club connecting rural and small business to distanced clients not aware of local artisans and crafters. Its talent backing up local organizations, its growing Arizona starting at the farmers market. Its following someone through hospital trails.

Welcome to the third edition of the Home Wrestling Club, we start off by introducing that there's Chaos at the lake. HIW's own Death Match Champion has gone fishing a favorite pastime of his, Its his driving passion to have moments with his father and son at the lake. No politics , no bills , solace of nature. A lake, tress whistling in the trees, a pole in the water. Outside the fans of Indy wrestling that's his passion.  Chaos is known as the deadliest man in the industries, he fought all the hardcore champions, hes held every belt HIW Has. Lately hes been on a forking rampage including former partner Roman Alexander and  the Adorable Aaron Andrews. We have not heard yet if he's heard about Outrage's 30K Tack challenge to all Arizona Indy Champions. Based on insider knowledge Choas is the most likely, which would add intrigue if HIW Tag team Champions Sour Boys were ringside. PinHead comes to mind.  He provided us with a recent big catch.

      Up in the Phoenix area A social media uproar happened. The Prophet had taken on  Alvaric for the Arizona Federation Wrestling Title.  The prophet according to fans resembles half power ranger ,half samurai. Either way he has been dominating the Tucson Wrestling Season for 19 years. He is faced passed flies longer than Michael Jordan and offers electrifying spins ,kicks and hits.  Shop for Prophet Gear . According to online reports The Prophet won  and  was ordered to give a rematch or be given the pink slip. In the match the prophet won again and was stripped of his title and removed from the Arizona federation Wrestling Rosters. Fans and supportors were outraged and gave The Prophet much needed praise and support. Lawrence Herbert Jr smelt lawsuit, That's fucked up in all ways; Not sure how it's made me feel about the 8th. I was gonna go. I'm on the perverbial fence now said Eric Krouse. Even HIW Death Match Champion chimed in "  I think awf has the record for most title changes ever. You would of been a great leader, champion and face of that company." Which is rare. Last Mike Olivras stated " Guess someone that paid their dues in the states and in Mexico gets no respect and now they don’t get mine. Bye Felicia 👋 #ProphetForever"  AWF was not available for comment.

First Lady of HIW Justice Sepreme joined me and others at the Surly Wench to raise awareness to Systemic Domestic Violence and bore the purple ribbon. Violence in the home, and how we treat our veterans are close and important issues to her. She has guns artistically placed on her hips. Vettix.org offers free tickets to vets. The stress of war and separation from families stays with our veterans for life , working and taking care of a family on top of this puts our veterans in desperate and hard times. Offering free tickets to events helps counteract these things. A moment to exist and not have to worry about what you need to do next. Its where Choas was coming from and why its all worth it.  At Collision Course two families were able to make it thanks to Model and Actress Kuuleme Stephens. 

Injury its something we all face. Time off work, physical therapy, and time off work.  Its the idea I was working on before wrestling. The right to rest, being able to exist and recuperate so you can get back to work. Offering off the market respite care and caregiving for friends in need.

These are all things considered and being worked on by the Home Wrestling Club. Its not just about the show. Its caring for the labor of the industry to enhance, develop and grow the industry. The Wrestling Industry comes from the back yard, its a carny business. A pre urban gathering , a story and dance of modern life. What's it take to get a title, what's it mean to come home?  training, performance , resting with our friends and loved ones.  We are Arizona, we are Indy Wrestling . Join us!

This week we received a good amount of rain, not everyone in the Home Wrestling Club got the opportunity to experience it. First lets give a shout out to Midtown Tavern for offering their business at last minute. A venue changed happened because the VFW Post 4703 had a member veteran pass away and needed their Hall for services. I fist met Frank at his other location, I had ran into him a few months back where he was trying to get more gaming and entertainment options at City Council but they had turned him down. At that location you can find UFC, it caters as a sports bar. The food is fairly low in price and in big portions. Stage Security Manager Keri Woolston had got a plate of onion rings and it took both of us to finish the plate. Be sure to drop by for good times and good food, surrounded by primary colored lights and dark tones , leather cushioned seats and booths. The place is available for events parties and fundraisers.

The first thing we learned is someone had jumped LOS Suavas Tag team Member Cochino Suave and he was no where to be found, leaving Jose Hendrix to Face Tecolote by Himself. Before this happened the Binski Brothers had come out and they weren't about to let a handicap match go on. You can subscribe to High Impact Wrestling for the outcome. High Impact Wrestling was able to raise $21 for the St Baldricks Foundation via raffle, ticket sales also contributed. During this time First Lady Justice Sepereme was notified that Arizona Senator and former POW had passed away of Brain Cancer. Commentary Specialist Thomas Bugg led a pause in the event,  for traditional moment of silence and the ringing of the Bell 10 times.   

Chris Evans the HIW Champion was there, and stated warm ups with Giant Jenga. Before the Show we caught up with Sour Boy Star Shaggy McLovin. He informed us he did not have any upcoming shows with HIW. We asked him what was his favorite skate park. His answer Anywhere but Tucson. Had me wondering if its because Skateboarding is a crime here. Will keep you posted.

We also were contacted by Nick Tendo, letting us know about the 5th Anniversary of the Arizona Wrestling Federation. He also said shows are picking up in the Phoenix Area. We're behind the scenes of independent professional wrestling in Arizona. Politics ,egos and backroom deliberations are on going. September is a busy month for this industry as Unionized Wrestling heads to town September 22th at the TCC (Score WWE LIVE Tickets!! ). Newly formed indy promotion Cactus League Wrestling is holding a pay per view match at the Tucson Expo September 15th where WWE Stars have openly challenged local indy wrestling stars.

Carlito, Ray Masterson Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero all looking to remove Indy Championship Belts from Arizona Legends Like The Prophet, King of Arizona Chris Evans and Local Celebrity Johnny Savoi.


All of them have said this will be their toughest battle, to take on those they grew up watching on tv. Its a moment for them to Shine. King of Arizona Chris Evans current HIW Champion is no stranger to extreme conditions after serving 10 years in the Marine Corps being deployed in the middle east. Out side of the ring he keeps his mind fit with fixing electronics and Entertaining Crowds on stage and in drunkn video games comedies. I asked him recently how he is training. His response was Cardio, Weight Workouts, watching videos ,training and most importantly Change Socks!!




Dr Cornelius Cobblepot has been the Tucson City Champion. He's been taking on every competitor and now is under criticism where his use of science and technology in the ring has been part of His Success. Cody Baker with envious eyes says its a ring contraband ,its a permitted weapon. Dr Cobblepot calls his accuser a trouble maker, using an anti science,anti education based propaganda to steal and defame the title. Tyrone Cabrone watches silently ring side, he still holds a rematch clause in his contract.


The Sour Boys recently were gifted the tag team championship by Choas who beat Former tag team partner Roman Alexander for both belts.


Since then Sour Boys have taken on the Binski Brothers. Joe Binski came out online requesting Dibs on a rematch.


In Lucha Action Tecolote and Los Suavas will be at Midtown in a Mask vs Hair Removal Match. (highlights) Smooth Johnny Bling was heading to afavorite spot Mr heads when I asked him about Cactus League Wrestling. He was thrilled that Tecolote was invited to be in the Rumble Match amd Smooth Johnny Bling believes his wrestlers are ready for Prime Time Pay Per View, saying because they are new they are given the short stick . He Tosses his toothpick Razor Ramon Style after removing it from his mouth uttering Spanish. Los Suavas chiming in from Casa Grande in style says theyre ready and laughs saying something about haters and Players. Jose Hendricks pulls his hair back and get lit.


Ricky Flash caught taking money from Cactus League returns it and calls out Adam. Justice Sepreme First Lady of HIW always on the phone or the mirror we caught up with. She empathized these events are fun ,family focused and announced HIW tickets can be made free to first reponders with donations to Vettix.org . Kilby Kline Pro Wrestling Super Fan and SUM Member continues to Stand Up for Wrestling. He can be found at Indy Promotions through the southwest taking pictures, getting autographs and buying merchandise. He has been well known on social media giving event results. He encourages all to see and support local wrestling. He can be found standing through the whole events and encourages all fans to stand for wrestling. Kilby says theyre all good shows, he like all the wrestlers let the ring decide .


Super Fan Joyce Potter is likely pool side and making signs. She makes them with cardboard, glitter and glue. No they're not for sell, but its a favorite for heels and those eyeing the title to rip up. She has been ring side off and on for over a decade.


The Home Wrestling Club seeks investors in creating a one stop training and performance center, where road worn indy wrestlers can seek respite. Training is much needed as are trainers. Without training you get more injuries and crowds can see the difference. High Impact Wrestling has called Tucson home for 19+ years working with organizations from bars, to VFWs, and other events helping fundraiser for community needs and offering local wrestling . High Impact Wrestling Prides its self as a gateway promotion helping to build and bridge the wrestling industry from the Sonoran Desert. A recent Agreement led to a partnership between HIW and Yuma Based Promotion Revolt Wrestling who seeks a venue.
